Japanese Breakfast Returns to Austin with Porches at Barracuda, Sunday September 11

Japanese_Breakfast_070216-10Perhaps you could tell from our recent coverage of Japanese Breakfast that we dig the band… a lot. Fronted by Michelle Zauner, the group is in that glorious phase of rising in notoriety — the one where the band tours a ton as more and more fans fall in love with their music. And we get to reap the benefits when they play Barracuda this Sunday, September 11. This will be Japanese Breakfast’s second trip to Austin since SXSW, and we couldn’t be happier. Last time, the group opened for the (also outstanding) Mistki. This time they’ll support the (also outstanding) Porches. It’s really a win-win situation for everyone, but indie pop music fans above all. Grab your tickets to the show now, and stream “In Heaven” below.
